What areas throughout Australia and New Zealand do you service?
We service all Australian states, captial cities, regional areas, remote regions and New Zealand. Our exclusive online career management systems enable us to deliver high quality career management services to anyone, anywhere and at anytime.
Is your service personalised?
It certainly is personalised. Clients are managed in a "1 on 1" relationship with their very own career management consultant who supports them throughout the program.
Clients are never subjected to different consultants when they need assistance, with their consultant being available to them 7 days per week, including after hours and weekends.
ACMA has developed "state of the art" communication systems connecting clients (on multiple levels) directly to their personal career management consultant.
Do you use a "cookie cutter" method or are the programs designed around each person's needs?
The first step we initiate with any new client is to have them assessed via our Module 1 Assessment Workbook, which is completed online and at the client's own pace.
The completed Module 1 Assessments are then reviewed and the program design is finalised around the individual needs and requirements as revealed in the assessment process.

As a migrant can I work with my career management consultant in my "mother tongue"?
Go to the top left hand corner of this screen and click "Select Language" and you will see listed a broad range of languages in which we can assist newcomers who may be struggling with their English.
Are there any limits on your support?
The are no limitations on the time, length, level of difficulty or number of sessions needed to support clients to achieve their career goals.
We work with clients until they get that new job, promotion or whatever their nominated career objective maybe. All our programs are "outcomes focused".
NOTE: We do not work with any person under 18 years of age.
Can I meet my career management consultant "face to face"?
If you live near our offices in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, Canberra, Perth or Auckland you are welcome to meet your consultant (by appointment ONLY) after you have completed the Module 1 Assessment Workbook...refer to Terms and Conditions clause 12i.
It is not really necessary to meet your consultant, however some people may feel more comfortable in doing so.
Are your career management consultants qualified?
All our career management consultants are registered Career Development Practitioners with the Career Development Association of Australia and possess Post Graduate qualifications in Career Guidance Management.
As registered career practitioners they must undertake at least 30 hours professional development annually to keep their expertise current and relevant.
How can I start your program?

Contained in the information kit will be an Appointment Agreement with the listed Payment Options.
- Complete the Appointment Agreement and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Then go to https://www.career-manage.com.au/client_area?op=createAccount and CREATE ACCOUNT as a new participant.
- A career management consultant will then promptly contact you to get you started on our program.

Is there any ongoing support for current and former clients?
There are two levels of support:
- Once a program participant has achieved their career goal (new job, promotion or whatever), then 12 months mentoring starts to assist them settle into their new job and workplace environment.
- It is ACMA’s objective to develop long term relationships with both individual and corporate clients. If a former client wants more career transition management help at a later date, then we welcome the opportunity to again provide professional assistance.
Is ACMA affiliated with any other commercial providers such as recruiters, RTO’s, financial advisers or have any other referral/commission based arrangements?
- ACMA is an independent career management and outplacement practice only. The company does not accept commissions; enter into any conditional, performance or success fee/KPI based arrangements or assignments; enter into any commercial referral relationships or offset agreements.
- The company is not a recruiter, government job agency, training organisation, search/placement business, life coach or migration agency. Income is solely derived from client fees as specified in our Appointment Agreements.
- The company is the sole proprietor, primary developer, originator and manager of its’ programs, systems and methods.
Do you give a guarantee?
ACMA guarantees to provide ongoing unlimited assistance until a satisfactory career related outcome is achieved. This is irrespective of the time, length, level of difficulty or number of sessions needed to support clients to achieve their career goals. However, ACMA cannot give any guarantee of specific outcomes or success factors.
We have numerous happy clients who will readily attest to our quality and worth.
What payment methods do you provide?
1. Direct debit transfer to our bank account (not applicable for monthly or weekly payment plans).
