Nothing much happens unless you take ACTION don't delay the post COVID workforce is rapidly transforming.
Career management and development is the individual's responsibility, with the actions ultimately initiated by the individual (in most cases) directly influencing that person's career path.
Properly interpreted professional career planning and research, plus detailed assessment provides the basis for these actions. Endless planning and thinking does not automatically produce actions and certainly does not get results.
In-action is a career killer! Careers and life are built on an element of risk...you cannot stand still...the universe does not allow it.
So even the best-researched action can fail...it's all part of the journey. Learn from the failure, change your tactics and do something different, but keep on doing.
To find that ideal career/job can be difficult but not impossible. Ask any successful person and they will tell you a story of frustration, rejection and finally career happiness.
Continually take action such as developing new connections outside your personal safety net, gain appropriate qualifications to make you more valuable to the market, find out how people got the ideal job that you now want. There is so much you can do!
At the end of the day, ACTION is always required. Action will open opportunities and knowledge for you to further act on.
Action is a continual lifelong process...don't delay.
